Questions we get asked.
What files can I upload?
Whatever the job produced: PDFs, spreadsheets, photos and zip archives, nested or not. Specifications, equipment schedules, manufacturer literature, commissioning records, certificates and drawings. You don't need to sort or rename anything first.
What happens when the evidence is missing?
Buildary flags it. A gap goes on a punch list for you to chase. It is never filled in with plausible-sounding text.
Does Buildary write the maintenance schedules?
No. Maintenance intervals are safety-relevant, so schedules are selected from a controlled library to match the equipment on the job. No model writes a service interval.
Can I edit what it writes?
Yes. The written sections open as a live draft. You can edit, reorder, add or remove content, save snapshots, and approve the version you want built.
Does it replace my engineer's review?
No. It removes the assembly and first-draft work so the review is about the content. Nothing is built until someone on your side approves the draft.
What happens to our documents?
Your files are used to build your manuals and nothing else.
What does the private beta involve?
Accounts are by invitation while we learn what Buildary gets wrong on real jobs. We review your request, agree pricing, then invite you in.
