Buildary.Operations & Maintenance Manuals
How it works Private beta · Made in Australia

From the handover pile
to a cited manual.

Upload what the job produced. Buildary drafts every section from it, removes anything no source page supports, and selects maintenance schedules from a controlled library.

01 — UPLOAD

Drop in the handover pile. We'll sort it.

Specs, equipment schedules, manufacturer literature, commissioning sheets, certificates, photos and zipped folders. No renaming, no sorting.

  • Archives expanded, duplicates removed
  • Each document routed to its manual section
  • Move anything you disagree with before drafting starts
02 — DRAFT

Every sentence shows its source.

Written sections are drafted as individual claims, each linked to the page it came from. Click a citation and the source page opens beside it, for you and for the consultant.

  • Edit, reorder, add or remove in a live draft
  • Save snapshots and approve the version you want
  • Nothing is built until someone on your side approves
03 — VERIFY

Unsupported? It's already gone.

Each claim is checked against the page it cites. If the page doesn't support it, Buildary removes it before you see the draft. No boilerplate from the last job, no plausible-sounding filler.

  • Supplied drawings, certificates and literature reproduced untouched
  • Missing evidence raised on a punch list, never papered over
04 — MAINTAIN

Maintenance schedules, selected, not written.

Service intervals are safety-relevant. Buildary matches the equipment on your job to a controlled schedule library. A model never writes a maintenance interval.

  • Equipment register built from your schedules
  • Anything without a library match is flagged for you
